Aroma:
Very concentrated, with balsamic notes and mature red fruit aromas.

Taste:
Big, bold and juicy, with flavours of red fruit. Round and firm tannins with a powerful and exotic finish.
 
Vinification:
The grapes were vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, with scheduled remontage.

100% Tinta Roriz
 
Ageing:
The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in its original stainless steel storage tanks and was then racked into oak barrels where it aged for 16 months. 45% in new American oak and the remainder in French oak.
