Vallado Douro Superior 2014 in Wine Spectator Magazine

First vintage of Vallado Douro Superior was awarded 92 points by Wine Spectator Magazine!

In 2016, the year that marked Quinta do Vallado's 300th Anniversary, a new wine was brought to market: Vallado Douro Superior.

This wine was born out of an investment project started by Quinta do Vallado in 2009, when Quinta do Orgal was first bought and the first organic vineyards where planted in its terrain.

It is with great pleasure that we share with you the excellent score given to our recently-released Vallado Douro Superior 2014, by the prestigious Wine Spectator Magazine: 92 Points!

It gives us immense pride and joy to have reached this level of quality on the first-ever vintage of this wine. An undeniable sign of the potential of organic vineyards at Quinta do Orgal.
