POENTE by Vallado | Where Douro meets Porto
Housed in a historic building from the 18th century, fully restored in 2024, Poente by Vallado is spread over four floors with a privileged view over the Douro. The fitout project was designed by Architect Francisco Vieira de Campos, combining contemporary design with the unique identity of the building.

Selection of wines that reflect the strength of the Douro and the history of the Quinta. A unique portfolio of unquestionable quality, where tradition and innovation meet.
Wine Bar with a menu of traditional snacks and local products, featuring Vallado wine pairings carefully thought for each dish.

Restaurant
Created by chef David Jesus, the menu blends creative signature cuisine with the flavors of the Douro, favouring local and seasonal ingredients. The dishes can be paired with wines from Quinta do Vallado — from classic labels to the most premium selections.
Tuesday to Saturday from 12:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
Sunday from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
2nd Floor
Restaurant and Private Room
Dining room available for lunches and dinners, either to share or to book as a private space.
Maximum capacity of 20 people.

Adelaide Room and Tastings
An exclusive and intimate space, with panoramic views over the Douro River, paying tribute to Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira. Available by reservation for private lunches or dinners, as well as immersive wine tastings complemented by a virtual reality experience filmed in the heart of Quinta do Vallado.
Minimum 6 people, maximum 16.
