The project was designed by the same architect responsible for Quinta do Vallado's Hotel and Winery: Francisco Vieira de Campos.
This project earned the award for the “Sustainable Wine Tourism Practices” category in the 2016 Best of Wine Tourism Awards, and the 1st prize in PNAM'19 (National Awards for Wooden Architecture 2019)
