Buy
Aroma

Red and woodland fruit, with a hint of toast, from the barrels in which it aged.

Taste

A very elegant and fresh wine, with a hint of spices and a lingering after-taste of red fruits, completed by a soothing vegetable taste and excellent tannins.

Vinification

After hand-picking, the grapes are divided in two lots. 50% goes into stainless steel vats with stems and without crushing, making for carbonic maceration, and fermentation for 14 days. The remaining 50% are crushed and destemmed, also fermenting for 14 days in stainless steel vats.

Ageing

After fermentation with very little extraction, the wine ages for approximatly 18 months in 2nd use French oak barrels.
